Your Role as a Team Leader
As the Stores Team Leader, you will be the driving force behind a small, energetic team at our Truganina location, orchestrating the packing and quality assurance of linen products destined for our valued clients. Your leadership will ensure that productivity goals are met, and compliance with safety and quality standards is upheld. You will nurture a thriving environment where teamwork and cooperation flourish, enabling your team to perform at their best.
Who We’re Looking For
We seek an enthusiastic leader who embodies a hands-on approach, motivated by achieving results and fostering a collaborative team spirit.
- Demonstrated experience in Occupational Health and Safety and Quality Management Systems.
- Proficient in technology, with strong Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
- A deep understanding of laundry processes and production procedures.
- A team player who leads by example and inspires others through support and empathy.
