Full-time / Monday–Friday / $28.64/hr + 12% super / Immediate Start

About the Role
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly and efficient link between our customers, our production team, and our internal stakeholders. You will:
- Process and prepare daily delivery dockets and production paperwork
- Receive and action customer orders and queries (email, phone, fax)
- Ensure accurate data entry, filing, and record management
- Support Account Managers with administration tasks
- Reconcile end-of-day paperwork and submit revenue
- Enter Customer Action Notes (CANs) and process manual charges and credits
- Manage daily and weekly report distribution
- Assist with route changes and general office coordination
- Jump in to support the wider team where needed
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy a mix of customer contact, administration and problem-solving — all while keeping things organised in a busy environment.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Experience in administration, customer service or clerical roles
- Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving ability
- Great attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Good numeracy, literacy and general computer skills (Excel/Word)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in an industrial or production environment (desirable)
- Knowledge of AS400 or industrial garments (desirable)
