Position Overview

The Sales Executive position is pivotal in promoting and selling Ensign Services products. This role involves building strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers to support and achieve the company's growth strategies.

As a Sales Executive, you will leverage your knowledge of our product offerings and market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities, engage clients, and meet defined sales targets. Your ability to communicate effectively and present our value proposition will be essential in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual who thrives in a sales environment. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Tertiary qualifications in a business or commerce-related discipline (preferred).
• A valid driver's license.
• Proven sales experience with a successful track record in building growth.
• Strong negotiation skills and a high conversion rate from prospects to sales.
• Experience in cold calling and securing new customers.
• A personable and outgoing demeanor to foster new relationships.
• Industry experience in garments, textiles, or laundry products is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills for developing sales proposals.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Salary & Benefits
