Position Overview
As the Team Leader - you will play a vital role in steering the Production operations towards success. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, ensuring that all garments, pool stock, and mats are processed efficiently and effectively. Your leadership will contribute to our productivity targets and uphold our commitment to quality.
In this role, you will establish clear productivity standards, promote a safe work environment, and engage in continuous process improvements that enhance operational efficiency. Your ability to foster teamwork and communication will be key in achieving our objectives and maintaining our high standards.

Compensation and Perks
