Position Overview

The Customer Care Officer plays a critical role in ensuring effective resolution of customer queries and complaints. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, investigating issues, and collaborating with teams to provide timely and accurate solutions. Your ability to think creatively and manage conflicting priorities will be essential in this fast-paced role.

In this position, you will handle inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels while maintaining accurate data entry using our ERP system. We offer comprehensive training to enhance your skills and knowledge in this area.

Your Profile

If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, you could be the perfect fit for our team. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Certificate level qualification in administration (preferred but not essential)
• Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with office equipment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
