Customer Data Care (Fulltime)

Ensign is seeking applications for the role of Customer Data Care, at the Dudley Park Laundry. This is a permanent, fulltime role. 

The purpose of the Customer Data Care role is to receive and resolve customer enquiries. These enquiries come in via email, phone, and messages passed via our service personnel and other channels. The Customer Data Care is further responsible for investigation of issues, rapid problem solving, and thinking creatively to make sure that the customers' needs are met, and they are incredibly happy with the service that Ensign provides.

Unlike a traditional admin or customer data entry role, this role features changes, challenges, and unusual requests. Not two days are the same. This role entails working in a challenging and dynamic environment, often under high pressure and dealing with conflicting priorities. So being able to prioritise and manage your tasks and projects is key.

The position of Customer Data Care includes (but is not limited to):

• Answering phones and emails
• Understanding customer needs - even when the customer isn't sure what they need!
• Working with other teams such as Production or Service and Distribution to solve problems
• Accurate data entry and use of our ERP (AS400) system are required, but we'll teach you that!

On-the-job training will be provided to help you achieve the above key tasks and operational requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity for a person who is looking to progress. Future pathways include higher levels of customer service, account management, and other customer-facing roles.
