Position Overview

The Tele-Sales Representative plays a vital role in engaging potential customers through outbound calls and digital communication. This position is essential for generating qualified leads, setting appointments for the business development team, and supporting customer engagement campaigns. You will be instrumental in identifying market opportunities and assisting in the growth of our business through proactive outreach.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales experience and strong communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

• Certificate or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Current Driver’s License (optional, not essential)
• Experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or inside sales is essential
• Ability to generate and qualify sales leads
• Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in phone communication
• Proficiency with CRM tools and lead tracking systems
• Ability to work independently while achieving set targets
• Experience in hospitality or textile sectors is advantageous
• Competency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
